What makes a great company culture

Company culture is the difference between enjoying where you work, and hating each day. Guided, but not controlled, by the leadership team, the people of the business make the culture. For BeecherMadden, honesty and respect are the cornerstones of our company culture. We expect, and offer, that to our staff. We expect that everyone treats each other with respect. That includes listening to their ideas and goals, praise for a job well done and pulling together as a team. Other things come in to our culture too, fun, energy, providing great service, but without honesty and respect, none of those things would be possible.
